C5 Steering wheel swap

Postby Panther » Wed Nov 28, 2007 8:05 am

as some of our buddies are on the other side of the world this is probaly more for them, as I can't seem to find out anywhere

I want to change the steering wheel, which means no air bag, has anyone done this swap, will it bring up codes, do I just remove the dash cluster globe :?:

I don't need to hear any flack about it OK, so if you dont know or dont know of anyone thats done it, dont post

No flack Panther, but yes itll bring up DTCs (they wont set the service engine soon light, just the SIR light), and as far as i know itll void your insurance too.
