speedo workings

Postby Wobbles » Thu Jun 08, 2017 11:36 am

HELP.....
I have a need for a speedo to suit an 80 C3.
The truth of the matter is that big fisted me broke the pin that holds the speedo needle when I tried to remove the needle to replace the face.

It appears to be impossible to remove said pin so I guess I need the complete speedo workings. I have a new face so if you have a speedo with a U/S or unreadable face it's not a problem.
Hopefully someone has some reasonable ideas.

Other than having a look at it to see if there is anyway I can repair the pin.
sorry Mate, I have no 80 Speedo laying around. Perhaps a wrecker or someone out here in cyber land might have one.

Not to worry, will continue the search. Going to Brisvegas today for a short while so will see if any "wreckers" are about and have one.
Thanks again. :D
