What is the best way to sell a 50th Anniversary C5 Conv?

Postby russ » Tue Sep 24, 2013 4:51 pm

Hi All. Russell here...a new kid on the block. I bought a 50th Ann convertible when living in Chicago in 2003. Queensland corvette did the conversion when I came back to Oz in 2006. Sadly it is time to sell it. It's in great condition with about 49k on the clock. I'm looking for around $75k for it. Does anyone have any advice on the most successful way to sell a great car?

Sounds like a fair price. Photo's would be of help on here.
Corvette sales on the whole are a bit slow right now due to way too many imports. (Lots of folks thought they could make a quick buck).
There are more Vettes for sale at the Moment than there are Buyers.
I'd try every internet car sales site on the web you can find.
Best of Luck, Wishing I had Some Money.

DEFINITELY put some photos up here Russ; you'll find our tips on using photobucket in this section. You may even find a buyer here, or at least you'll possibly get some leads :o

Hey Troppovette. I'd be worried if you didn't want it for next to nothing. It's a great car. Sorry to disappoint...but it's already at a hot price

Hi Australi...it's a sale...The issue is I don't use the car. It sits in the garage under the cover on a trickle charge. Time to let someone else enjoy it

Ditto for mine unfortunately.
I'd like $85K for mine anyway...One day I'll actually put it up for sale seriously :P

Might advertise it in the USA...
