Yeah. Each 'mod' we do tends to have a certain amount of perpetuallity involved as a 'penalty' :?

wheels arrived last friday, the four boxes delivered by FEDEX were so badly damaged that both 20" wheels have been scuffed and I now have to claim for a replacement set, FEDEX offered to fix them, bloody idiots, new is new repaired is used if ya get my drift, I really like chinese and I don't run over them so why always me moan moan

FEDEX SUCKS, lets see what they do, they were not the slightest bit interested in how they were delivered only if the contents were damaged, and the claim has to be done at the other end, and bits were also missing, did I mention

FEDEX SUCKS

That totally sucks mate. I'm totally agreeable with you on FEDEX, I wouldn"t accept repairs either. New IS New. :o

Fine looking wheels, indeed.

Sorry to hear they were damaged in transit. Any chance of getting the shipper to double wrap the replacements in bubble wrap?

Its more dissapointing how you get that excitement when you receive the package only to realise the product is damaged, and you have to sort out replacing it (was the same with me when I finally got my macbook pro delivered after 6 weeks waiting, only to realise I needed a replacement!)

Sorry to hear mate.

Hey get this I can't put in a claim it has to be done by the sender, who paid for the shipping etc, lucky VQMotoring in Florida were amazed by the delivery pics and are more than happy to submit the claim, so I have $2500 worth of paper weights sitting in the shed, and I was really looking forward to getting them fitted up

Hey mate, i'd be interested to see how severe the damage that FedEX caused. If you have photos. What happens to the rims you have now? Do you return them?

well it will not be a waste of time with the wheels VQMotoring is the supplier and the one that intends to fix it through FEDEX all being done on the other end, they have promised to replace them.

Hard to see scuff marks on bright chrome, what happens to the wheels I have is up to FEDEX, I will offer to buy them when its setteled if the price is right, we will see, and not a good time of year with everyone one closing down

replacement wheels were delivered yesterday in perfect order all arranged by supplier, fedex has even sent the payment to VQ Motoring to the wrong address, idiots, VQ just shipped them anyway

fedex has made no claim to the damaged wheels, they are really not that bad, if they want them I will charge them a storage fee

will get some tyres next week and get them fitted

Actually I would rather the storage fee as I have had them for about 6 weeks x $5 a day

tires should be in this week have to come down from Kumo in QLD

hoping to have wheels and tyres fitted this weekend, aint so simple, remove existing wheels take them down and have sensors removed, take em home, take down wheels and tyres and have them fitted up take em home polish up and fit.

Not to mention not brought from the tyre shop they are not real happy just doing the fit up, but still picking up some cash tho
